Privacy policy

This policy covers web-harbor.com and eslamheliel.com. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Effective 15 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Web Harbor Technology, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, licence number 1660838. Address: JBR, Dubai, UAE. Email: hello@web-harbor.com. Phone: +971 52 404 8701.

What we collect

The contact form. Your name, company, email address, phone number, what you need, and, if you choose to give it, a budget band. We collect this because you asked us to get in touch. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser information to do that. We do not see this data.

Server logs. Our web server records the IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser type of each request, for security and to fix faults. Logs are kept for 30 days.

Email and WhatsApp. If you email or message us, we keep the conversation for as long as we are working together or discussing work, and for 12 months after.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are sent by email through Resend and delivered to a mailbox hosted by Google. Email to hello@web-harbor.com is routed through Cloudflare. The websites are hosted on servers in the European Union operated by Hetzner. Each of these providers processes data only to provide its service to us. We transfer data outside the UAE only to these providers, under their standard contractual protections.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: 12 months from the last message, then deleted. Client records: for the length of the engagement and 5 years after, as required for accounting and tax. Server logs: 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@web-harbor.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
