- 2026

KTEM Petroleum supplies drilling equipment, high-pressure hoses, flowline products, pumps, explosion-proof CCTV, safety and monitoring systems and solar power to the UAE oil and gas sector from Abu Dhabi. Its buyers are procurement engineers who need to find a product category, check a certification and request a quote without a phone call.
What was built. A company website with a product catalogue across nine categories, a projects and clients section, the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, and a quote request on every page. The catalogue, projects and pages are managed in Payload CMS, so the company adds products and project references itself, with media stored on S3-compatible storage.
Stack. Next.js 15 with Payload CMS 3 on PostgreSQL, React 19, live preview for editors, Nodemailer for the quote and contact forms, deployed with the CMS and site as one application.
What was hard. Structure before design. Nine product categories from a printed catalogue had to become a navigable tree with consistent fields, so that a buyer can compare products and an editor can add one without breaking the layout. The content model was settled first, in writing, and the screens followed it.
